Moss Bank is a luxurious detached property, situated in a stunning, quiet location in the centre of the village of Gairloch. Enjoying magnificent views over Loch Gairloch towards the Torridon mountains and the Isle of Skye, the house which is new to the self-catering market is beautifully furnished and equipped to a high standard. The house is literally five metres from the shoreline and at the end of the road, so no motorised traffic passes the house. There is a cliff footpath to the main road. The rear of the house is totally private and cannot be overlooked.

The property makes an ideal base for a family holiday, including those that want to explore the North Coast 500 route which passes through the village. The property is rented from a Friday to Friday.

If location isn’t enough, inside the property certainly has the wow factor. The lounge, dining room and both bedrooms face west, directly into the sunset. The dining room in the centre of the house is full height with tongue and grooved ceiling, beautiful wooden floor and a door at the front leading out to a covered sitting area overlooking the sea. A spiral staircase leads from this room to a mezzanine area with comfortable armchairs and with patio doors leading out onto a first floor balcony also overlooking the sea. The dining area has a large table with seating for six, and the kitchen is well equipped with all the usual appliances and everything any avid cook would require.

The property has two bedrooms, both at the front with views towards the sea. The master has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room with a large walk in shower. The other bedroom has twin beds. A bathroom with a bath and overhead shower completes the accommodation.     

Activities available locally include golf, sea and fly fishing, pony trekking, walking, mountain biking, kayaking, whale watching, sailing and falconry. The GALE Centre is a treasure trove of information and Inverewe Garden is just eight miles away. Above all there are any number of beaches, paths and mountains to explore in some of Scotland's most unspoilt country.

The dining room is just WOW! with a vaulted tongue and groove ceiling and beautiful wooden floor and windows to front and rear with a door to the front leading onto a covered sitting area overlooking the sea. Large dining table with seating for six. Spiral staircase to a mezzanine area which has comfortable armchairs and a small Freesat TV. Patio door to a balcony with views over the loch.

Master Bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room and window to front overlooking the sea. The en-suite shower room has a curved shower cubicle with mains shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Bedroom with twin beds and double fitted wardrobe. Window to front overlooking the sea.

Family bathroom with WC, wash basin and bath with electric shower over.

Outside the garden is fully enclosed. A shed provides undercover storage for bikes and other outdoor gear.
