Harbour House lies opposite the pier and harbour in Gairloch, beyond which there are delightful views to the Shieldaig peninsular with the Torridon mountains beyond. It is a large modern detached house, very spacious and comfortably furnished for 6 people.

Gairloch is a superb base from which to explore the wonderful coastal scenery and mountain ranges. There are also a good range of local shops and good hotels to eat out in. This part of Gairloch is particularly pretty and a very popular location for visitors, and visitors to Harbour House will find plenty to do in the immediate vicinity without the need to travel far afield. It is only 10 minutes walk to Gairloch beach and the golf course and the harbour, from where you can go sea fishing or on a wildlife tour, is on your doorstep. Flowerdale Glen is a short walk away and provides many lovely walks. Pony trekking is also available in Flowerdale. Bike hire is available from the Harbour Lights café 2 minutes walk away.

Ground Floor.
There is a very large lounge with open fire, comfortable seating, TV with Freeview/VCR and patio doors leading out to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with electric double oven, gas hob and microwave. A separate utility room houses a washing machine, fridge and freezer. There is also a separate dining room, large hall and shower room on the ground floor. The lounge, dining room and kitchen all enjoy views over the harbour.
First Floor.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. All are ensuite, two with a shower room and one with a bath. All showers are power showers.
The garden area is fenced in and there is ample parking space.

Special Notes

Full oil central heating throughout. Heating and electricity costs are included in the rent and a small amount of fuel is provided for the open fire.
We regret that neither pets nor smoking are permitted in the house.
Bed linen is provided but guests must provide their own towels.
Cot and high chair available on request.
Shop, pub and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk.
Open all year.

Directions

Entering Gairloch from the south, pass the harbour on your left and take the first left turn into Pier Road. Once you reach the pier you will see Harbour House on the right.
